Happy Earth was established by Andrew Springer in 2012 to revolutionize how people look at their landscape and outdoor spaces. The vision for Happy Earth is the culmination of more than 25 years of working in environmental consulting and investment services, studying environmental sciences and business management, as well as developing a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. In 2016, Ulysses Aban joined Andrew and the two have subsequently grown a best-in-class team. With the help of Mark Stanners, who has also been a valued partner since 2016, Happy Earth is here to make your landscape and outdoor space your favorite place to be.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience operating diverse businesses, primarily in services industries. He has spent the majority of his professional career working to improve the environment and working in highly regulated industries. Andrew has been investing in companies promoting sustainability since 2005. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in international management from Thunderbird Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in environmental chemistry from the University of California, San Diego. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002. Andrew knows a lot about landscapes, but his role is to manage and grow Happy Earth's business and operations.
